Online SEPA credit transfer software —
Create your XML file in 2 minutes

Import your list of transfers from a CSV or Excel file, EasyBankFlow instantly generates an ISO 20022-compliant pain.001 XML file, ready to import into your bank. Also works for your international transfers in euros to IBAN countries (Tunisia, Morocco, Turkey…). No installation, no configuration.

How does the SEPA credit transfer software work?

Three steps are all it takes to create your SEPA XML file.

1

Prepare your file

List your transfers in a CSV or Excel: beneficiary IBAN, amount, description. Download our Excel template if needed.

2

Import into EasyBankFlow

Drag and drop your file, select "SEPA Credit Transfer" (pain.001) and enter your originator IBAN and BIC.

3

Download and import

Download your SEPA XML file and import it directly into your bank's business portal.

Compatible with all European banks

The generated pain.001 files comply with the ISO 20022 standard and are accepted by all institutions in the SEPA zone.

Why online SEPA software rather than installed?

Traditional SEPA software (Sage, EBP, CEGID) requires an expensive licence and a complex installation. EasyBankFlow runs in the browser, with nothing to install.

Installation None Required

Supported formats CSV, Excel (.xlsx, .xls, .xlsm) Varies by vendor

The pain.001 format: the SEPA credit transfer standard

The pain.001 format (Payment Initiation) is the XML standard defined by ISO 20022 for SEPA credit transfer orders. It structures the payment information (originator IBAN, beneficiary IBAN, amount, execution date, reference) in an XML file readable by all banking systems in the euro zone.

EasyBankFlow also handles the pain.008 format for SEPA direct debits, with creditor identifier and mandate management. Discover our SEPA direct debit software or check our complete guide to understand the differences and choose the right format for your operation.

International transfers in euros, beyond the SEPA zone

EasyBankFlow also generates your euro transfer files to beneficiaries outside the SEPA zone, as long as their country uses IBAN: Tunisia, Morocco, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and many others. Typical use case: batch payment of freelancers or service providers abroad from your French business account.

The file is uploaded to your online banking like a standard transfer file: your bank automatically routes each operation (SEPA or international). Transfers are issued in euros — conversion into the local currency is handled by the beneficiary's bank — and international transfer fees may apply depending on your bank.

How to create a SEPA credit transfer XML file (pain.001)?

EasyBankFlow generates a SEPA credit transfer file in the pain.001.001.03 format in three steps: you import your CSV or Excel file containing the beneficiaries (name, IBAN, BIC, amount, reference); the tool automatically validates each IBAN and BIC against ISO 20022 rules, detects the associated bank and country, and flags any error before generation; finally it produces a compliant XML file, ready to be imported directly into your business banking portal (BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole, Société Générale, LCL, Crédit Mutuel, Banque Populaire, Caisse d'Épargne, or a Swiss bank such as UBS). No installation is required: conversion happens entirely online, with no file storage beyond processing, on European servers. The free plan lets you test pain.001 file generation before moving, if needed, to a Pro or Enterprise subscription for higher transfer volumes.

Yes. If your beneficiaries have an IBAN, EasyBankFlow generates a pain.001 file your bank accepts, including for countries outside the SEPA zone such as Tunisia, Morocco or Turkey.
