This page describes the personal data processing principles used to operate EasyBankFlow.

Data controller

Data processed

We process only the data strictly necessary for the service: account data (email, name), billing information (managed by Stripe), files temporarily submitted in case of a conversion error, the IBAN and BIC of saved company profiles and IBAN Match history recorded by the user to speed up future processing, technical logs and security records. Anonymized analytics data is also collected to improve the service (Google Analytics).

Purposes

Processing is carried out to: provide and improve the service, manage subscriptions and billing, ensure the security of the service, prevent fraudulent use, and respond to support requests.

Retention period

Account data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and up to 3 years after account closure. Billing data is kept for 10 years in accordance with accounting legal obligations. Temporarily submitted files are deleted once the error analysis is complete. Company profiles (IBAN/BIC) and IBAN Match history are kept until deleted by the user or until account closure.

Sub-processors

MATCHA CORP uses technical service providers: Render.com (hosting, servers in the European Union — Frankfurt), Stackhero (database, hosted in France), Stripe (payments), Mailjet (emails), Google Analytics (anonymized audience measurement). These providers are bound by confidentiality commitments compliant with the GDPR.

Conformément au RGPD et à la loi Informatique et Libertés, vous disposez d'un droit d'accès, de rectification, de suppression, de limitation du traitement, de portabilité et d'opposition.
