This page describes the personal data processing principles used to operate EasyBankFlow.

Data controller

Data processed

We process only the data strictly necessary for the service: account data (email, name), billing information (managed by Stripe), files temporarily submitted in the event of a conversion error, technical traces and security logs. Anonymised analytics data is also collected to improve the service (Google Analytics).

Purposes

Processing is carried out to: provide and improve the service, manage subscriptions and billing, ensure the security of the service, prevent fraudulent use, and respond to support requests.

Retention period

Account data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and up to 3 years after the account is closed. Billing data is kept for 10 years in accordance with legal accounting obligations. Temporarily submitted files are deleted as soon as the error analysis is complete.

Sub-processors

MATCHA CORP uses technical providers: Render.com (hosting), Stripe (payment), Mailjet (emails), Google Analytics (anonymised audience). These providers are bound by confidentiality commitments compliant with the GDPR.

Your rights

Conformément au RGPD et à la loi Informatique et Libertés, vous disposez d'un droit d'accès, de rectification, de suppression, de limitation du traitement, de portabilité et d'opposition.
