Purpose

These Terms of Service define the rules for using the EasyBankFlow online service and the commitments associated with its use, whether free or under a paid subscription.

Access to the service

The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials, the quality of the information provided and the security of their environment.

Permitted use

The service must be used lawfully, without abuse, intrusion attempts or circumvention of the protection measures in place.

Temporary file retention

If an error occurs while converting a file, EasyBankFlow may temporarily keep the submitted file (CSV or Excel) on its secure servers. The sole purpose of this retention is to analyse the cause of the error and improve the quality of the service. The files concerned are not used for any other purpose, are not shared with third parties, and are deleted as soon as the analysis is complete. If the conversion succeeds, no file is kept.

Limitation of liability

EasyBankFlow provides a technical tool. Business checks and final compliance verification remain the user's responsibility before distribution. MATCHA CORP cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the service, including data loss, service interruption or material or immaterial damage. The user is responsible for the use of the file submitted to their bank and undertakes to carry out the necessary checks before any production use or submission.
